Users are strictly forbidden from listing the following categories on iSuccess Link. Any account found listing these items will be permanently banned.
1. Regulated & Illegal Substances
Narcotics: Any illegal drugs, including cannabis (bhang), cocaine, heroin, or drug paraphernalia.
Prescription Medicine: Selling any medicine that requires a doctor’s prescription or is not registered by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
Vapes & Nicotine Products: As of 2026, the importation and sale of e-cigarettes and most non-traditional nicotine products are strictly restricted under new health directives.
2. Weapons & Strategic Goods
Firearms & Ammo: All types of guns, ammunition, and explosives (including fireworks).
Military Gear: Uniforms, badges, or equipment belonging to the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) or National Police Service.
Strategic Technology: Under the Strategic Goods Control Act 2026, certain advanced dual-use technologies or software capable of military application are prohibited.
3. Wildlife & Environmental Products
Endangered Species: Ivory, rhino horns, skins of protected animals (leopards, cheetahs), or any product made from endangered wildlife.
Prohibited Plastics: Single-use plastic bags of less than 30 microns, which are illegal in Kenya.
4. Financial & Digital Assets
Virtual Assets: Unless you are a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP), listing cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital wallets is prohibited under the 2026 VASP Regulations.
Counterfeit Currency: Fake Kenyan Shillings or any foreign currency.
Financial Documents: Selling bank statements, ID cards, passports, or logbooks separately from the assets they represent.
5. Technology & Communication
Non-Type-Approved Phones: The Communications Authority (CA) has banned specific brands (e.g., Fonrox, Realfone, Chatada, SuperX) that do not meet safety standards.
Jammers: Devices designed to block GPS, cellular, or Wi-Fi signals.
6. Adult & Offensive Content
Pornography: Any indecent or obscene printed or digital materials.
Hate Speech: Content that incites violence or promotes discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, or gender (violating the NCIC Act).
7. Fraudulent & Stolen Items
Counterfeit Goods: “Knock-off” designer clothing, fake luxury watches, or pirated software/movies.
Stolen Property: Items with removed serial numbers or those reported stolen to the police.
Enforcement Policy
iSuccess Link reserves the right to:
– Remove any listing that we deem inappropriate or illegal.
– Share user details with the DCI or Communications Authority if a criminal investigation is launched.
- Hold “Featured Listing” fees if the listing is removed for violating these rules (No refunds for prohibited items).
