These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iSuccess Link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws in the Republic of Kenya. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. - Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post listings. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. - Account Responsibility
Accuracy: You agree to provide true and complete information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Liability: iSuccess Link is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. - Marketplace Rules (Buying & Selling)
iSuccess Link provides a venue for users to interact. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items or services listed.
Content: You are solely responsible for the photos, descriptions, and claims in your listings.
Prohibited Items: You may not list illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit items, firearms, or any services that violate Kenyan law (e.g., unauthorized medical services).
Transactions: All payments and deliveries are settled directly between the buyer and the seller. We recommend meeting in safe, public places for physical exchanges. - Fees and Paid Memberships
Free Services: Standard browsing and basic listings are free.
Premium Features: Users may opt for a Paid Membership or “Featured Listing” status to increase visibility.
Payments: Fees for premium features are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (VAT) where required by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. - User Conduct & Safety
To keep our community thriving, you agree not to:
Post duplicate listings or spam.
Defraud other users or engage in “phishing.”
Post offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission. - Limitation of Liability
Important: iSuccess Link acts only as an intermediary. We are not responsible for any financial losses, physical injury, or disputes arising from transactions between users. You use the platform at your own risk. - Intellectual Property
The iSuccess Link name, logo, and platform design are the property of iSuccess Consulting. Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content on our platform. - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi. - Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their account or through a notice on our homepage.
